I collect only what I need to make and deliver your print.
What I collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, and what you bought.
- If you create an account: your email address, password, saved addresses, and wishlist.
- Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
How it’s used
Your details are used to process, ship, and support your order, and to send you emails about it, such as the order confirmation and shipping updates. Your shipping address is shared with the carrier that delivers your print.
I only send marketing emails, such as sale alerts for items on your wishlist, if you’ve opted in. Every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
The shop uses cookies to keep your cart, your wishlist, and your login working. It doesn’t use advertising cookies.
How long it’s kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account details are kept until you delete your account or ask me to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you by emailing photography@evantann.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, which in Portugal is the CNPD.
