These terms cover purchases from Evan Tann Photography. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Who you’re buying from
Prints are sold by Evan Tann, a photographer based in Portugal. You can reach me at photography@evantann.com.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates. You’re charged in euros, and your bank sets the final exchange rate. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Limited editions
Each photograph is offered as a limited edition of 50 prints per size. Edition numbers are assigned in the order prints are made and can’t be chosen. When a size sells out, it won’t be printed again in that size.
Color and appearance
I check every print before signing it. Screens differ, though, so the color and brightness of a print may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
Copyright
Buying a print gives you the print, not the photograph’s copyright. You may not reproduce, scan, or sell copies of the image.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping page, and returns and refunds on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
